Timeworks Post Script Wall Art - Venice Grand Canal
Before the camera, most art was done by hand. The original of this postcard used an old oil painting in place of a photo. Like a photo in an album, these solid brass corners help frame the three images beautifully. Colorful, elegant and postmarked stamps not only add to the beauty, but tell us when these were actually sent via their stamps and postmarks.
This set of three reproduction postcards show Venice Grand Canal. Each image is framed with solid aged brass corners.. The original postcard dates from early 1900's with the image taken from an even older oil painting.
