Free Shipping
Our customers shop with the confidence of free shipping on most of our items. Only items where indicated that have to be shipped via Motor Freight require a shipping charge. There is no hidden handling charge or inflated shipping fees. Kings River Home Decor and Fine Gifts offers free ground shipping via UPS or Fed Ex to any address in the lower 48 States.
Sorry we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Express Shipping
We also offer express shipping for your package if you need faster delivery. Express shipping is not covered by our free shipping guarantee. Express shipping fees can be obtained by
calling or emailing your name, address, phone number and the name of the item you are interested in. All express shipping inquiries are answered in a timely manner.
Shipping to
outside 48 states and overseas.
Alaska, Hawaii and addresses outside the United States are not covered by our free shipping guarantee. Shipping charges will be calculated based on ground shipping to addresses outside the lower 48 states. Shipping quotes to these addresses that are not covered by our free shipping can be obtained by emailing your name, address, phone number and name of the item you are interested in. All shipping inquiries are answered in a timely manner usually within 24 hours.
All orders are shipped by UPS or FED EX and sometimes by Motor Freight where indicated.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise you had
purchased online, you may return item within 30 days of purchase for exchange or
refund. All returns need a return authorization number prior to return by contacting us
directly at 559-260-0776. Merchandise must be in original
boxes with all original documentation and in new unused condition.
A copy of your original email order confirmation or your Packing List must be
included in the box with the returned merchandise. Please indicate clearly what
item(s) are being returned and whether you would like credit or an exchange of a
different size &/or color.
Please send your package via traceable and insured method to help ensure a safe
documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone number is
included. Return shipping expense is not refundable.
Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
No returns/exchanges will be accepted without a RMA # (return authorization).
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must
be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise so that we
can properly file claim with carrier. If item arrives in a damaged box,
and consequently merchandise is damaged, we will send you out a replacement
item.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will only be made
by crediting the account charged for the purchase.
All items returned must be charged a 10% restocking fee and any shipping charges we paid. Any Carousel horses returned are charged a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping charges we paid. Over 99% of the returns process quickly and without problems however, if item is returned in different or damaged box, Kings River Gifts may charge customer a re-boxing fee
