Defective Merchandise
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Any merchandise found to be defective in any way can be returned. Our customer service representatves will quickly solve your problem. Kings River Gifts guarantees its merchandise for one year against defects and will gladly replace the item or credit your account. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
Damaged in Shipment
If item arrives in a damaged box, and consequently merchandise is damaged, we will send you out a replacement item. We must be notified within 2 days of you receiving shipment in order to file a claim with the shipper.
General Return
If you are not satisfied with our products due to color ,size etc. your item must be returned in its unused condition and in original box within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. All items returned must be charged a 10% restocking fee and any shipping charges we paid. Any Carousel horses returned are charged a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping charges we paid. Over 99% of the returns process quickly and without problems however, if item is returned in different or damaged box Kings River Gifts may charge customer a re-boxing fee. All returns must be authorized and receive a authorization number from Kings River Gifts prior to shipping or return will not be accepted.
Product Descriptions
Kings River Gifts and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Kings River Gifts does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Kings River Gifts itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Kings River Gifts are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
